Doctor Liz graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1996.  She then moved to California and pursued a career in equine medicine.  In 1998 she accepted a position at the Aloro Pet Clinic in North Hollywood, working with dogs, cats, and rabbits.  She worked there for 10 years, until her move to Media City Animal Hospital in February of 2008.

In her spare time, Doctor Liz enjoys riding her horse, spending time with her own dog and cats, reading, drawing, scuba diving, and keeping up with her freshwater aquariums and koi pond.

She has aspired to be a veterinarian since age 3, and feels very lucky to be doing what she was born to do: helping and healing animals.
